Ticket Printers
Note: Thermal ticket printers are built-to-order based on software and customer specifications.

How many thermal ticket printers do you require (if any)?
To prevent ticket mix-ups, it is recommended that each computer have its own printer.
If you already have a thermal ticket printer, please check with us to make sure it is compatible with the software.
You may also use a dot matrix form feed printer (aka an "impact printer") if  you have one (note that they are 10-20 times slower).

Which ticket printer interface do you require?
Make certain that your computer has the available port that you select.

USB (usually more convenient, as you can always add more ports)

(fast, but another printer may already be using this port)

(about 1 second slower to start printing tickets - Don't select this if getting an Epson printer (see below))

Epson Receipt Printers
These are used if you wish to also print receipts (optional).
Alternately, they can also be used to printer tickets at the door, or as a backup ticket printer in case of emergencies.
